The sounds of these birds has been keeping me company the last few weeks. And while they are interesting and not so awful to listen to, they are SO LOUD and NOISY between 11pm to 2:30am that I can’t even hear my radio!
So this morning I am determined to find out what the heck kind of birds they are - after all, the only birds I’ve ever heard of singing at night are Nightengale’s… so imagine my surpise (nay, SHOCK!) to discover they are WILD PARROTS! In LA! Ha ha ha! Another example of the result of man’s encroachment on Mother Nature!!
